required to
guarantee the
booking. Payment
will be taken
approximately
24-48 hours before
the arrival date.
For peak dates
special payment
conditions apply
and guests will be
informed of these
while booking or
following the
booking.
If
you fail to settle
your account on
departure your
credit card will
be charged for the
full outstanding
amount.

All individually
booked rooms can
be cancelled by
10am 2 days before
the arrival date.
Special conditions
apply to group
bookings (i.e. 4
rooms or more).
Please note that
if you are booking
rooms in our hotel
through an agent
or an internet
channel, different
refund and
cancellation
policies may
apply.

In the unlikely
event that we have
to change or
cancel your
booking we reserve
the right to do
so. If this does
arise you can
either:
a/
accept the changed
arrangements as
notified
b/
make an
alternative
arrangement with
us or,
c/
cancel your
booking and
receive a full
refund of any
monies paid.
We
regret we cannot
pay compensation
or any
reimbursement of
any expenses or
costs you may
incur as result of
any such
cancellation or
change.

In the event of
any foreseen
circumstances, we
reserve the right
to cancel any
booking made on a
promotional rate
and rebook on an
alternative date -
subject to
availability.
Child Policy
Children
are welcome at the
Station Hotel.
Cots are provided
free of charge for
bookings of
Family, Executive
and Superior
rooms.
Budget
rooms are not
suitable to add
extra cot as these
are smaller.
